I'm not sure whether this album is still available but — in any case — if you'll feel a possessive desire, you'd try to contact Jani Hirvonen to reveal up-to-date info. This collab between Finnish underground icons went somehow too silent thru all those internets. Really can't understand why — both Keijo Virtanen and Jani (he played this time under one of his most wide known monikers Uton) are very popular — if we speak about this contemporary psychedelic underground scene… Alun Ääniä is a good mixture of both authors' charismas, it spreads drones and free folk in quite equal proportions. There you'll hear less songs, but more trippy obscure improvs, which won't be unexpected to all of you, people, who know the topic, but nevertheless i can't share an attitude shown by Ville Moskiitto (at least i felt his kinda chill via Google translator). No, Alun Ääniä's humming bluesy psychedelic ambience is absolutely my piece so it predictably appeared here with all the credits to the authors — you rock, guys. Without any doubts.
